Greg and Kate McKinney are the lead pastors of Glory Church. After serving in full-time student ministry for 6+ years, they felt called by God to start a life-giving and diverse church in KC, MO.

Due to their work in building @DeclareGlory and DeclareGlory.com - an online and multi-cultural community offering thousands of people free daily devotions, online prayers and counseling, and printed Bible studies - they have grown both a compassion and calling to live in community with people of all backgrounds, cultures, and walks of life.

kristy hernandez,
Connections & Outreach director

Kristy is a wife, mother, and amazing member of the glory staff! Being located in the inner-city of KCMO, her role on the team is crucial for growth, evangelism, and discipleship. Kristy makes sure that everyone, from first-time guests to committed family members, are connected with and encouraged to take their next steps at Glory.

Week-in and week-out, she helps to ensure that we are “seeing a city changed by homes that are changed,” by overseeing our outreach ministries and heading up our calendar events.

Dalton Bradley,
Kids & small groups Director

Dalton is a gifted leader in our Glory Staff. He has an amazing ability to teach the Bible to all ages, leading our kids and families well. His heart for the next generation is visible in all that he does, as he works hard to create a safe and empowering environment for Glory Kids and our volunteers.

As a Small Group director, Dalton provides leadership to our individual group leaders, making sure that they are poured into, cared for, and prayed over. He is also the go-to contact for anyone interested in small groups at Glory!

Pastor Greg is the Lead Pastor of Renew Church, a growing and thriving church in Chicago, Illinois. He also serves as the Founder and Director of Renew Movement, a worship collective comprised of worship pastors and musicians from various churches in the Chicagoland area.

Chris Highfill,
PASTOR of Grace River Church

Pastor Chris is the Founding Pastor of Grace River Church in O’Fallon, Missouri, a non-denominational church that loves all imperfect people.
